Too many times in our lives we let efforts go to waste, we are not quite there in bringing about change, requiring a shift in tactic by openly inviting conversation with the very people whom I wish to serve to gain a better understanding/insight, requires opening the door to many and varied conversations...let the many and varied discussions begin....
